FullStackLaunch.io provides AI-powered business plan and pitch deck generation services. Upon payment and completion of our questionnaire, we will deliver a personalized business plan and pitch deck within the timeframe specified at purchase.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before service delivery. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the custom nature of our deliverables, refunds are only available if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the business plan and pitch deck generated for you. FullStackLaunch.io retains the right to use anonymized data to improve our services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your questionnaire
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is". The business plans and pitch decks we generate are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. We make no guarantees about business outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

FullStackLaunch.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
